I work at the intersection of learning science, human behaviour, and systemic design - helping organisations understand what people need to learn, why it matters, and how to create experiences that translate into meaningful performance and lasting capability.

My approach begins with a simple belief: effective learning does not happen by adding more information. It happens when we understand the people, systems, and contexts in which learning takes place.

Drawing on cognitive behavioural science, learning science, and evidence-informed design principles, I create learning strategies and solutions that move beyond the traditional one-size-fits-all approach. Every learning journey is designed around real people, real challenges, and the outcomes organisations are working towards.
